We guarantee the structural integrity of the frames and fabrics of our dog beds for a period of one year from date of purchase. Accordingly, we will replace frame parts and fabric damaged by dogs to the point of not being usable at no charge during this period. This includes chewing of corners, legs, fittings. This does not included vinyl or rubber feet. These items are considered wear items. Orders shipped within continental USA only. Warranty replacement outside continental USA may be subject to shipping charges.
Fabric Chew Warranty
- Our "Standard Mat and Vinyl Mesh" is covered for 6 Months, excluding damage from repetitive digging.
- Our "Permatron, Ballistic Nylon, and 35 Oz Vinyl" is covered for 1 Year, excluding damage from repetitive digging.
Multiple fabric replacement will be handled on a case by case basis. |
